All orders placed are final sale. Unless an error occurred on the half of Pretty Lit Candles LLC. We do not process any returns/exchanges. There are no refunds or cancellations once the order has been processed and fulfilled. Should you have any issues with your order, anything missing from your order or incorrect product, please contact customer service via email.

Pretty Lit Candles LLC ships through USPS, other carriers can be made available by request.
All packages are shipped Priority Mail and insured through USPS. This includes broken, damaged, or missing items.

However, depending on the size of candle(s) purchased and area in which the candle is being burned, the scent may/may not fill the room completely. We are working tirelessly to improve our candles, longevity, and lasting aroma.
